We had a great stay. Raffaella and family were very friendly and looked after us very well. The location is close to town and easy to get to, with shops a short distance away.

Our stay at Raffaella's and Mauro's place was great and we would surely come back! We are three friends who were travelling for work at the University of Varese and we had a great time in their apartment. The place has all one needs (and even more) for a comfortable stay. It's spacious, extremely clean and with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Very special treats/additions: a garden, a small warm iacuzzi, and a selection of different pillows to choose from!!! Raffaella and Mauro were also very very kind and always available, they gave us a ride to o the University on the last day, and on day one we had a problem with the hot water that they promptly solved and even left us a small gift. Grazie Raffaella e grazie Mauro! Buon tutto! :)

La casa è davvero grande e spaziosa, molto ben arredata. Camera spaziosa, cucina e salotto molto grande con 2 divani. In giardino è stata aggiunta una novità, ovvero una SPA confiabile che abbiamo apprezzato e gradito molto. Mauro e Raffaella si sono subito mostrati cordiali e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta o necessità. Sicuramente un posto da non scordare, ci torneremo sicuramente e molto volentieri!

Fantastic stay with Raffaella and Mauro. Great communication prior to my arrival, as they were able to confirm details on parking, and provided a short video that details how to get to the property from the main road. Raffaella greeted me at the property upon check-in, and took the time to thoroughly walk me through all of the amenities -- very helpful since the appliances (washer/dryer) and garbage/recycling are so different than in North America. The apartment is well-appointed, with a full kitchen, TV, and internet. The bedroom has a workstation desk, and the bed is very comfortable. Not only were they hospitable hosts, but Raffaella and Mauro are awesome people -- incredibly kind and gracious. They checked on me throughout the stay to ensure I didn't need anything, and I had a great time chitchatting with them when our schedules overlapped. Location wise, it affords easy access to Varese and surrounding area, but is also short of the heavy traffic of downtown (great if you have to work or commute to the south of Varese). You are also in easy walking distance to groceries and restaurants, and a bus that takes you straight into Varese proper. Walking into town is also an easy, straight shot. I would recommend staying with Raffaella and Mauro without hesitation!

What a lovely and quaint little spot located in the town of Varese. Our hosts were magnificent, greeting us at check in, ensuring all our needs were met, giving recommendations and making reservations too. The apartment was adorable, incredibly spacious, impeccably clean and sleeps 4 very comfortably. Our hosts made this trip and stay in Varese so special, we will absolutely visit again.
