This was my worst experience ever. We were unable to get in contact with the host for hours before arrival. We had some delays with traveling and wanted to give them an update, and were unable to find the location. When we finally asked around and found the location, they were not able to find our reservations. After they found it, they told us that they were fully booked and they would try and find accommodation elsewhere. They have recommended paying for another Airbnb, I wouldn't advise my enemy to stay there, They have dirty sheets no security house was just unclean and smell horrible and creepy. We waited for about two hours and then came up with nothing else. We asked for a refund which we did get back after waiting another hour and a half. When we were finally finished it was about 9:30 pm we now had to drive another 30 minutes or more to try and get accommodation elsewhere. By the way, I am 7 months pregnant and was in an unfamiliar parish.

Our room was clean and exactly like in the pictures! Easy to find and definitely felt safe with their 24/7 security guarded gate. The staff were super friendly and helpful, we ended up extending our stay. There is a jerk chicken vendor beside but local shops are not to far away. A very good value for your money, and perfect for our little getaway.

Flight was really late so reached location late then directions was not clearly given as we did not know the place so the person could have given a better land mark like the big billboard in front of the hotel . Other issue was when i got there my room was given away spoke to Jay and he was really helpful in getting me back in my room the next day however that still left a bad taste in my mouth as the room they gave me was horrible (not on there property) Internet was not strong at all, had to be outside on balcony to get service. There friday /Saturday night security is very rude .my husband ended up arguing with him Had a hot water issue but that was immediately fix. My only issue to be honest was location and that was my fault. With all my complaints i would defiantly go back there when im not leaving the area.
