this was such a great stay! we loved the location, especially the proximity if Tarpon Springs! what stood out to me the most was that the communication of the host was above and beyond... really reassuring leading up to the trip. I also loved the patio for sunrise every morning :) I would definitely stay here again!🔆

We had wonderful stay! The large open floor plan worked out very well for our family. We also enjoyed our evenings on the patio overlooking the water, fishing from the dock and kayaking. Thanks for everything!

James was a good host, he responded right away to my messages. I will say the hose was nice and clean. Lots of towels were provided which was nice for our group of 8 people. The hot tub was a big hit with our whole group and the dock was great with the kayaks and fishing gear. And there were tons of bikes to ride & beach gear to use. The house it self was not as great as I thought it would be. The railing was unsafe and deck chairs mostly in need of repair. We could only get two burners on the stove going, and because there weren’t any vents in the bathrooms the house holds moisture and all bathroom sounds carry through the house! The toilet paper dispensers have been ripped from the walls and left needing repair(other paper stands were provided but it still looked kinda run down). The towel holder fell off the wall several times too. I would say the house just needs some TLC. But over all it was a good place to stay.
