Wendy’s house is lovely, and she’s been a wonderful host both times!

We had a great stay at Wendy's house. The location was quiet and close to Lake Sammamish. It was exactly what we expected and needed for the 4 of us. We were in the area for a family reunion, and Wendy's place was more than what we needed. The weather was great, so it was nice to sit in the quiet backyard to relax when we weren't with family. Wendy provided great instructions and was quick to respond to any questions. Everything that we needed was provided, and I would definitely stay at Wendy's place again when we're in the area.

The home was okay for a three night stay, but did not quite meet our expectations. The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house was clearly cleaned before our arrival, but it is an older home and has a musty smell. There were multiple personal items left out in the home including seemingly used loofas in both showers and a sock left on one of the bedroom door knobs. On the first day of our stay we contacted Wendy to let her know about some black debris in the shower after it was used. This issue contained throughout our stay, and Wendy did not respond to the message for 48 hours, until the morning we were checking out. Additionally, the listing is somewhere misleading in regards to distance to beach access. Sammamish landing park is 2.5 miles from the home, not 0.5 miles. Ultimately we probably would not book this stay again.

Great home. Very quiet neighborhood. All kinds of stores/food choices nearby. Some of our party enjoyed a run along the lake. It was an excellent choice for our family to attend a wedding in Woodenville.
