This was the perfect spot for our short time in Birmingham. We could walk to most places we wanted to go, with others just a quick Uber ride away. The complex is secure and quiet. The host was flexible with a last minute check-in request and was always very responsive. The binder of local recommendations was extremely helpful in finding places to eat and drink!

We stayed as a family of four (2 adults, 13 year old, and 10 year old) and it was great for exploring central Birmingham. The roads around the building are mainly industrial and car parks but we felt perfectly safe. Obviously you're very close to everything but as hidden gems you have a great craft ale bar called Kilder within 2 mins under a railway arch and Original Patty Men burgers in the unit next door. Bev was an excellent host who was very kind in amending check in times to suit our travel plans.

We had a great stay. We used both single beds and the double and all slept really well and so good to have 2 shower/bathrooms. The bed linen and towels all good. The apartment was clean and fairly basic but for what we paid and expected it was just as we thought. Perfect location and when there’s so much to do in the city there’s no need to waste money on fancy furnishings. Thoroughly recommend as a base for a city break or work.

Spotlessly clean apartment with everything we needed for our city break - and more. Loads of space, plenty of storage too. Secure accommodation with bonus of on site parking. Less than 5 mins walk from the Bullring so easy to reach the shops, restaurants and city attractions. Bev really is a super-Super Host. As well as great communication, she kindly has located the clothes I left behind and is posting them on! A fab find on Airbnb. Thank you, Bev.

Bev’s property was brilliantly located. 5 mins walk from every amenity. The apartment was very quiet considering its central location. It was perfect for a group of friends visiting the city for the first time. Would definitely recommend.
