Geraldine is an excellent host, the house was excellent both in terms of location and set-up. It was one of the best houses we have stayed in and Geraldine put a lot of attention into all aspects of the stay, very client centered approach which was refreshing. Everything about the house was explained, clearly labelled and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. Really liked the approach to cleaning, she trusts her lodgers to look after the place rather than have major rules around cleaning when you leave. We look forward to staying there again, thanks Geraldine.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand View House. The house is extremely spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen in particular is really impressive with a fab breakfast bar. It's in a very peaceful setting but outside you can hear the sea at night when the waves are crashing- which is just wonderful! Geraldine has been lovely to deal with, offering recommendations and providing clear instructions for everything - a great host! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was according description. We received a warm welcome with flowers and a cake and felt very welcome. The communication with Geraldine was friendly, quick response time and she was very caring and helpful. We definitely recommend this accomodation and especially Geraldine as a host :-)

My wife and I brought our mum in law for a weekend trip. The house was perfect, clean and tidy, in a quiet rural area. Geraldine was a perfect host, with clear instructions and a lovely welcome pack. The house is set up for remote working with desks in the bedrooms and strong wifi. There is plenty to do around the area, with seaside towns, mountain walks and historic sites.
