Als Gruppe von 10 Leuten (5 Paare) haben wir das Haus der Gastgeberin bezogen. Leider können wir das Haus aus mehreren Gründen nicht empfehlen: Nach derAnkunft und Bezug der Zimmer mustten wir feststellen, dass das Haus nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Teilweise lag Müll unter den Betten und auch sonst waren die Zimmer nicht sauber. Die Bettbezüge und das Bettzeug waren fleckig und rochen alt und muffig. Da wir erschrocken und entäuscht über diesen Zustand waren, haben wir die Gastgeberin kontaktiert. Sie kam innerhalb von zwei Stunden und sah sich mit uns, die nicht akzeptablen Umstände an. Nach wenigen Minuten stellte sich dann heraus, dass wir mit wenig Kooperation rechnen konnten und durften uns unschlüssige Ausreden anhören. Der Höhepunkt war, dass sie uns sagte, wir könnten das Haus auch verlassen, wenn es uns nicht gefalle. Leider gab es auch danach Probleme und wenig kundenorientiertes Verhalten. Wir mussten immer mehrmals bitten und diskutieren. Positiv: Pool und Bäder

We had a great time in the house - everything was like expected and Elisabetta was a really lovely host and really quick in all communications - we will come back :)

The house is a jewel, Elisabetta is a great host always available. It was a pleasure spending time at villa Cesarina and having Elisabetta as an host.

The 7 of us spent to splendid nights in Vallio Therme. We absolutely loved the garden and the huge pool. Bathroom and shower must have been renovated recently. The reaction time of response was literally within minutes. Thank you so much for having us and charing the property with us.

Lovely place with a fantastic pool and garden area. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great with strong showers Elisabetta was really helpful and responsive and always fixed any issues we had. Some improvements could be that the kitchen is quite small and could do with being updated, maybe with some kids plates and cutlery too. We were a large party of 10 and wanted to cook a lot but it was quite tight. Would also be nice to have more sofas in the sitting area so we could all sit together comfortably. Overall we had a great time here and the pool really made it for us all. Thank you
