Located on the hill of Sorrento peninsula, "l’Olivara” offers a breath-taking view over the Gulf of Naples. The extra-virgin olive oil producted here has been awarded with the first prize for the best olive oil of Campania region. L’Olivara offers private rooms and apartments in country style. Our guests have a barbecue and a wood fire oven at their disposal in the garden. The property is pet-friendly. The apartment “Giuggiola” is located on the ground floor and decorated in country style, that can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a bedroom with double bed, a living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and towels. The kitchen is equipped with moka, kettle, plates and cutlery. The garden is furnished with barbecue. Pets are welcome.

The heart of Sorrento is Piazza Tasso through which the historic centre can be reached. It still preserves the typical Roman plan with the two main streets of the thistle and decumanus that create the characteristic alleys with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and limoncello factories.
From Piazza Tasso you will reach the port and Sorrento’s beaches by taking the stairs.
The main street is Corso Italia that is the perfect place for nice walks and for shopping.

The property is located on the hill of Piano di Sorrento and we suggest to come by car to be free to enjoy the surrounding area. You can park your car for free inside the property. Piano di Sorrento’s train station is 2km far by car. From the station you can easily reach Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii by train. Positano is reachable in 15 minutes by car. Nearby you can find different nice hiking paths, included the famous “Path of the Gods”.

Semplicità e accoglienza sono le parole chiave del mio lavoro e dell’Agriturismo L’Olivara, che gestisco insieme ai miei figli. In questo Agriturismo, gestito in chiave B&B, mi piace far sentire i miei ospiti come se fossero a casa loro, essendo esso in effetti anche casa nostra. Amo l'ambiente, la natura e mi impegno per la sua protezione. Nel nostro giardino mi occupo nella raccolta annuale delle olive, con le quali produciamo il nostro olio d’oliva biologico, che ha vinto il premio Extrabio nel 2011, e dei limoni. Amo il cibo sano, le ricette tradizionali rivisitate in chiave moderna e salutistica, e mi piace preparare dolci e marmellate fatte in casa. Amo gli animali, in particolare i cani e i gatti, infatti i nostri gironzolano per la nostra struttura e per il giardino. Mi piace tanto l’ospitalità e fare cose carine per gli ospiti. Il mio hobby é la ceramica.
