We enjoyed the week at this place. Most things were well organized and communicated beforehand. Emerald Stay reacted swiftly to some minor issues we had (technical nature) when checking in. One area for improvement: The WIFI was really very weak and I hope Emerald can significantly improve this in the future . We were constantly fighting to either find a telco signal (when the WIFI was not working) or trying to re-load/re-start the WIFI.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the amazing chalet! We could not fault it! The chalet, it’s location, the village, the activities ..... all was superb! The host (Emma) was very helpful and responsive all along our stay if we had any questions or comments. We strongly recommend the property! Très beau spacieux moderne chalet. Bonne réactivité de l'hôte. Très arrangeant sur les horaires. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. On recommande.

Un chalet au confort digne d’un hôtel 5* pour un prix raisonnable en raison du jour de l’an. L’emplacement est vraiment très bien, 10min a pieds du centre village des Gets. Malgré le fait que se soit 3 logements collées nous n’avons à aucun moment entendu nos voisins ce qui est fort agréable lorsqu’on veut se reposer. L’équipe Emerald Stay a été réactive lorsque nous avions eu des demandes. Nous le recommandons ! Thibault, Laura, Mathieu, Amélie, Alexandre, Virginie

A perfect chalet in the perfect location. As a group of 8 guys, the chalet was perfect, and close to the shops bars and most inportantly only 100m or so from the nearest lift and ski slopes. We will certainly return.
