Lovely place , friendly people, well behaved dogs and cows and sheep in the fields . All a country lover would want . Plus an old country pub with good food hiding away at the rear of Dunham Massey NT house ..Great location .

We stayed here for one night to see the Dunham Massey Christmas lights. Its only a short walk to Dunham Massey (no need for the busy carpark!) and there is other nice walking on the doorstep. There are 2 pubs within walking distance as well. The house is beautiful and has great history - you have your own lounge and en suite bedroom which is accessed through a communal hallway and staircase. Michelle and Paul ensured you have everything you need for your stay including milks, tea, coffee, cereal and fruit for the morning. The bed was cozy and very comfortable. The bath has a separate bath and walk in shower. Michelle and Paul are very interesting people and were perfect hosts. They have great stories to tell! They even sent us away with some duck eggs. Thanks so much for such a nice stay!

Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay, Michelle and Paul both made me feel very welcome on check in. Loads of tea and coffee which was a bonus. The guest lounge had lots of books with tea and coffee facilities, the bedroom was very clean and tidy, the ensuite has a great shower and huge bath! The bed was a king size and so comfy I nearly missed my alarm in the morning to wake up! Many thanks and what a wonderful quiet place you have surrounded by fields!
