This was my first time staying at an airbnb. The apartment was easily accessible, great location, very very clean and furnished with all amenities. Ivo had a notebook with all the necessary information for my stay. I felt very comfortable staying at this airbnb.

Loved having a spacious, street level apartment with many amenities. The Coal Creek Trail and other park trails are just feet away. Very lovely trail and accessible to points of interest for me. I was thankful that the space was clean, and tidy without the cloying smell of air fresheners and fake scents. No car sounds or city sounds. Enjoyed seeing the sun rise in the morning from bed. It worked out very well for me. It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay at this very comfortable, small ground floor apartment. The location was perfect for me. It is great that a short walk away is the Coal Creek trail system, where you can walk near a creek, under trees and go numerous directions and places. And it is only a short drive to Lafayette, Louisville and only 20 minutes into Boulder. I will book there again on my next visit.
