Don't stay here if you don't want to deal with lots of administration. Pros: - the property matches what they have described. it is next to the metro station. ton of shops and restaurants nearby. 15 minutes walk to a big shopping mall and the famous night market (Jods fair). Cons: - the host is responsive but they were not proactive. I asked for the welcome pack many times before arrival. They didn't send it to me and made the check-in very slow, almost 2 hours from start to finish. - the place requires a face scan to enter the property. We had only 1 face scan which was extremely inconvenient because we were not together the whole time. - the room didn't smell fresh neither the towels and bedding set. I had to buy the diffuser, bedding set and new towels to use.

this is a nice place in a good location. great WiFi, and beautiful view. good layout. But the title/description says "brand new" and it is not new, it seems several years old. therefore I feel like the description is not honest. also, slightly dirty in some areas (but not too bad). check-in is long and difficult.

We stayed for a month and had an overall subpar experience. Check in was disorganized and took us 1.5 hours just to register for face scan. We did not receive any instructions in advance and the host took a while to respond. The apartment was sloppily cleaned with missing/broken items. Sliding door to the balcony was completely open when we arrived and was not working properly. A few lights were blown out; pillow cases/sheets heavily stained; drying rack covered in thick dust. We booked this place expecting two true bedrooms per the listing so we were a bit thrown off by the connecting bedrooms, separated only by a sliding door. Thankfully the sliding doors were quite soundproof and the internet speed was decent. Communication with the host was challenging. It took them almost a week to address some of our initial concerns and another extra few days to provide the remaining missing items. We hope more effort is invested in cleaning and maintaining the place for future guests.

I stayed at Zhiwen’s place for about a month while I was remote from Bangkok. The internet was extremely fast without any problems with zoom. The location is super convenient which is right above blue line MRT and Airport link. There is a 7 Eleven in the apartment complex which you can get pretty much everything from there. Also the pool and gym are free of access.
