The house was prefect for our 2 families . Right on the water .
What a place. Beautiful location, with incredible view of Callala Bay, part of Jervis Bay. The house has great sized rooms, expansive shared living space, and a good back deck for BBQs and whiling away the hours looking at the water. The team were communicative and helpful, and were flexible to our needs. Highly recommend as a place to base for exploring the area.
What a lovely location and home. Very quiet and beautiful view. Only issue we had was that the place did not appear to have been dusted in months. The beds and floors were clean but lots of dust, cob webs and two large spiders in webs above the shower in one bathroom. Definitely would have felt more comfortable if the house was a bit cleaner. Everything else was great though.

This place is absolutely stunning. Loved the design of the home. Unobstructed views of the bay from all rooms in the house. We didn't go anywhere else because it was so nice just being at the home and utilizing the beach/ jetty in front of house. Had a great BBQ area too. For complete transparency, the check-in process was different. After we confirmed/paid in AirBnB the host transfers you to their Holiday letting business separate to AirBnB. We had to register again through them, providing photo identity, and names & contact numbers for ALL guests (unnecessary & privacy issue). Next, their communication is all outside the AirBnB App. It was generally very good (email and text). However, on the first night we had a MOUSE running up & down the curtains in both lower bedrooms. When we notified the host, they took more than 24 hours to get back to us... we had to fix it ourselves. They just offered a late 2pm check-out. Note: Check-in is 4pm which seems late given over $550/night
