First impression was a bit strange because the flat looks a bit old and there is technically no parking place. But it is very easy to park in the street at any hour, and everything was very nice! The shower had nice pressure and hot water, the bed was confortable. Additional blankets, and heater were also available if needed. On top of that Jelly is nice and answer very quickly to any question you might have. I had a great time and recommend thise place!

I stayed two nights in this room. It is exactly what is advertised : a small room, a comfortable bed, shared bathroom, really just for sleeping that's all. Besides, it is located not far from the street car and has a rather calm neighborhood. One negative point I would say is the walls. They are quite thin and you can easily hear the neighbors, it did not bother me as they were not really loud but I guess it could be annoying at other times. It does get cold in the night/morning but once you turn on the provided heater, you feel comfortable. So if you want to stay a couple days in New Orleans and you are looking for a cheap place to stay, it is a good call.

Great if you just need a place to crash! Wifi died on last day of stay. Host was fast to respond. Audible conversation through walls.

There are lots of great places to eat in the neighborhood. Also the street car is very easy to ride and a great way to see the city.
