Wonderful place. Really beautiful. Pay special attention to the instructions about 4wd or awd in seasons that could possibly have snow or ice.

WE LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE!! We stayed at the cabin for a month (mid Feb to mid Mar) while enjoying skiing at Park City. The cabin is on 240 acres of beautiful mountains. Quiet and peaceful. Many thanks to Ari, Ember, and Brie for being so responsive. You made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Your recommendations for local services were very helpful. We felt welcomed and supported during our stay. We appreciate you!! The Canyons ski lift is 20 min from the cabin. Kimball Junction is 15 min away with grocery stores, restaurants, outlet mall, etc. We highly recommend Rocky Point cabin and plan to return for another visit!!

This cabin was beautiful and suited our party of 5 perfectly. Traveled to the area for a couple days of snowboarding at Park City, and this was only 15 mins from the mountain. Great space! You definitely need AWD in the winter.

Ari was very responsive and instructions given in welcome message were easy to understand and made finding the cabin easy! When we first arrived there was a bag of trash sitting directly outside the door, and immediately inside was a large basket of dirty laundry, and what I’m assuming were clean wash clothes sitting on the floor. The cabin was clean, but the blankets in the living room were covered in dog hair. All the sheets in the bedroom were clean of pet hair though! Lastly, the smell of the cabin was off putting. We adjusted after being in the cabin for a while, but the smell was strong. It was not a cigarette or cigar smell, but more malodorous. Overall, beautiful views, very responsive host, and quiet atmosphere while also not being so far from park city activities!
