Pros: Spacious Cons: - Main door has two lock at the center and the side of the door, no proper guideline given that both side must unlock in the same direction with the same key. So we are having difficulty to open the door during check in and have tried for almost half an hour. Have seek for the host help but the host has poor service and has no intention to come on site to assist - Overall the place is a bit dusty - No basic utensils like scissors and knife in the kitchen - The alley to the house is very dark at night - Water heater is unstable, cold water will come out suddenly - We stayed for 6 night so we need to do some basic cleaning on our own but amenities for cleaning is not complete, no broom and the vacuum cleaner is out of order.
We had a little trouble finding the location but it was just a delay of 10 mins i guess. My kids had fun of locating the place-they find it challenging especially that it was a self check in. But plays provided a thorough instruction. It was accessible fr Ueno where we took skyliner. The place is big for us , fam of 5, the beds are comfortable . I maximized the kitchen and washing machine:). The groceries and pharmacies nearby are fave hang outs. Thank you for the nice stay.

Comfortable stay for my family of 5! It was the roomiest Airbnb stay I’ve had in Japan with my family. The place was clean. Great location- close to JR station, convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very walkable. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice break away from the more busier areas of Tokyo we visited. My family and I felt safe. Plays, the host, was very responsive. Check-in instructions were clear and made getting to/getting in Airbnb easy. A/C was great, larger fridge unit was nice, and washer/dryer combo was a definite plus. The only con we had during our stay was there wasn’t much heat to the shower. So, expect a shower on the colder side. Besides that, I would definitely stay here again!
