We had a wonderful stay and the price was reasonable considering Brian provided most essential items needed for short stay. Brian was accommodating allowing us to check out later due to our needs. Be prepared to walk a couple extra minutes to lifts to the apartment.

Brian’s apartment is located in the center of Vientiane which is a plus. There are big supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants around the place. The apartment is on the high floor so you can enjoy the stunning view of Vientiane and super quiet. The apartment is very comfortable and fully furnished with modern style. I especially love the bathtub. Kitchen is super clean and fully equipped with basic amenities. Brian is always available to help out with my requests. I highly recommended this place if you visit Vientiane.

I loved Brian's apartment. It is exactly like the pictures - the apartment is very comfortable and the building is very quiet. Kitted out for a long-term stay (great washer, well-equipped kitchen, bathtub) but would also be lovely for a short stay. 2-minute walk to Kok Kok M Mart (huge grocery store), a convenience store, a Starbucks, Mixue, and a Cafe Sinouk. 10-minute walk to a Rimping as well. Plus it's very easy to get a Loca; I don't think I waited more than 2 minutes (or there are tuk tuks outside of Kok Kok). Brian was a great host and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
