Focusing on quality, style and intimacy, each of 3 individually Superior rooms and 3 luxury face either the sparkling swimming pool, or lush countryside/garden and have been personally designed by the owner, popular Siem Reap architect Yango Thy. Theary is Yango's wife. It is the creation of renowned architect and engineer Thy Yango, who is based in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Yango always had a passion for design and artwork, but as his strengths in school were for Science and Mathematics, he was encouraged to follow a career in Engineering. Completing his Bachelor and Masters in Engineering, Yango was employed for several years as a top lecturer at Build Bright University. It was 5 years ago that Yango met with an Architect who was impressed with his creative flair and strong structural design knowledge. A close partnership followed as Yango learnt all he could from his new mentor and furiously researched architecture, realizing that was his passion all along. The pair eventually formed their own design company, now with over 20 staff members. Yango is especially drawn to Contemporary European concepts, though likes to add his own personal design elements and custom made traditional Khmer feature pieces. In three (5) short years he’s been involved in the design of more than 50 hotels, bars and restaurants including the popular Jaya house River Park which is number 1 in Trip advisor, Temple Bakery and Sky Lounge, Chanrey Tree Restaurant and Golden Temple Residence and is now highly sought after throughout Cambodia. As the owner of Theary's Luxury Villa , he was able to have 100% input into its design and showcase his amazing talent for art through several key features. In addition to the architectural design and interior design, many of the sculptures and feature pieces throughout the hotel have been custom designed by Yango himself. Aside from design and artwork, Yango also loves cooking and fortunate guests may be lucky enough to sample his cuisine during their stay at his stunning hotel
