The apartment is in a great location. Close to center of town and walkable to most big attractions, and easy to access lesser-known attractions. Right next to the DART, so great for being able to access further out places. The apartment was a decent size, with good overall amenities. I was, however, disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. It felt like there was poor attention to detail — carpets had stains and hair, stovetop, oven and pots/pans were improperly cleaned, a couple of stains on the linen/towels. There was no provision of cleaning services throughout my stay. And poor provision of cleaning items, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the washing machine was not working. Because it was something I expected to work, it put me at an inconvenience. The host did kindly make provisions in compensating me for my laundromat costs. The heaters in the lounge were also not functioning. So I could imagine it being cold in colder weather.

Nice apartment in the good neighbourhood not far from the very city centre. Easy to access at any time - clear instructions, the key in the box with code. The flat was rather clean except for some kitchen utensils.

Convenient location right in the middle of the Grand Canal area. Friendly and prompt management team.

The oven was VERY VERY dirty and when I turned it on the whole place filled with white smoke and the alarm started ringing. the floor was full with hair. I sent them pictures and they told me they will sent another cleaner. nothing changed after the second cleaner, I let them know and I never heard from them again.
