A friend and I were looking for lodging with two separate beds, near transportation, access to laundry, and capacity to prepare our own meals during an 8-day stay in fall. Arabella's two story attached home in Shepherd's Bush ticked every box and then some. The house is cozy, clean, and well maintained. The furnishings were all comfortable, including the beds. We slept so well. I would love to come back with my family (or two couples would have ample space). There's a fenced back garden (with table and chairs). Neighbors were quiet and the area seemed really safe. Because we were arriving in the evening, Arabella arranged for someone to meet us at the house for the key exchange and a walk through. They even helped us with a few starter groceries. Bella was responsive and helpful from the very start, offering suggestions and checking in to answer all our questions. She shared maps, guide books, a video on how to use appliances, and more. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Bella’s and Anna’s place. They were both so accomodating and friendly and treated me like I was part of their family. Bella has a lot of local knowledge and is always happy to help guests. The room itself was exactly as pictured, extremely clean and beautifully put together. The location is only 5 minutes walk to shepherds bush underground station which is very handy for travelling around london. I would highly recommend Bella’s place and I would definitely stay there again.

I had the best nights sleep ever! Both Bella and her daughter were so lovely and it was very relaxing stay after long working day! The room was very clean and bed was super comfy too. One of my best airbnb experience and I would definitely book again!

I had the loveliest stay with Bella and Ana during my transition to London! Bella was accommodating - allowing me to have an early check in after a long flight. She not only helped me get situated and grounded, she was extremely helpful in providing me resources and going out of the way to help me get sorted and settled. The room was just as pictured, spacious, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also well-equipped and I had access to the shared spaces like the kitchen where I was able to make meals. Bella's house is situated in a quiet area, that is really close to the tube station and many bus routes. But the best part of my stay was the lovely company of both Bella and Ana! They felt like home away from home and I am so happy that I get to call them neighbours now :)

Arabella and her daughter Ana are wonderful hosts. Very kind to provide breakfast and thoughtful in offering specific items I had mentioned I enjoy. Arabella generously provided fresh water daily as well as other cosy gestures to make you feel at home. The location is just minutes by foot to plenty of bus stops, the underground and the overground. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. Highly recommend!
