When you are running a hotel business every single detail is important. It requires a lots of hard work and this hard work lasts whole day, every day. Sometimes you cant even get a sleep, thinking that guest may need something and you must fulfill that as fast as possible. Some people say that it is exhausting and I am doing too much, its not necessary. I really don't get this people. How can I be exhausted when guests say that my apartment was amazing and they will come again for sure? How can I feel tired when I see the satisfied and thankful faces of my guests? No, it just gives me more power and motivation to be better host and treat each guest specially. - Lasha.
