Loved staying at Kim & Carol’s place! It’s cozy, had everything we needed. The deck is perfect for hanging out. It felt like we were secluded even being in a great location close to everything. Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Kim and Carol’s home was very clean and spacious. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. . They were very responsive and helpful. We recommend their home to those visiting Pensacola.

This was our first time visiting Pensacola and the location was prefect! The home was immaculate and had all the amenities, including a beautiful deck in the back that was a great place to have our morning coffee. Although some of the houses in the neighborhood were not as maintained, don't be deterred. It was extremely quiet and peaceful and we would not hesitate to come back! We would highly recommend visiting Joe Patti's Seafood Market, strolling downtown on Polafax with all the little shops and restaurants, going to the Naval museum in Perdido Key, going to Johnson Beach, taking a trip to Destin and a boat ride to Crab Island, going to Fort Pickens in Pensacola Beach and then to Langdon Beach and an absolute must is eating at Peg Leg Pete's in Pensacola Beach. We felt like 5 nights was not long enough to do everything we wanted but we packed what we could in! Kim and Carol were excellent hosts and always responded immediately to any questions we had! 5 star rating!

Was in town for wedding, great little spot, close to downtown for nightlife and quick drive or uber to the beach. would stay again for sure
