It was quite nice experience. Iit was clean, comfortable and peaceful with amazing bosphorus view. We made easy checkin. The only challenge you need to walk little bit up to hill but its overall worth to climb that road

Wonderful apartment with great views of the Bosporus strait located in a very good area. You are close to everything, however it is not very touristy. Many good restaurants, cafes, coffee shops are within a few minutes walk, well stocked market is just a few minutes from the apartment. The bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Check in process is very well organized. Emir’s father picked us up from the airport bus stop that is very close by. Do yourself a favor and stay in thei place, experience great hospitality, enjoy real Istanbul neighborhood by the sea shore! Thank you Emir.

Emir is very responsive and kind host, we loved his friendliness, hospitality and sincerity towards making our stay a happy and easy stay. The upper apartment was very nice, view is amazing and really beautiful and relaxing. Internet was excellent, water pressure and other mentioned amenities are as described the couches needed to be more comfortable and the single bed too. Also there is a smell coming frequently from the toilet which needs fixing. We thank you again for your care and helplessness, we do recommend your place and would come again.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft um Istanbul zu entdecken. Es sind alle notwendigen Dinge vorhanden um auch selbst zu kochen und es sich gemütlich zu machen. Die Entfernung zu den öffentlichen Transportmitteln ist sehr kurz und sie sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Zentrum von Betsikas ist ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen. Man findet vielfälltige Möglichkeiten um gut und sehr preiswert zu Essen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfst schnell bei Schwierigkeiten.
