Great location. very comfortable accommodation. Excellent facilities and a very nice welcome pack. Sally is a great host. Very close to the SW Coast Path and Exmoor. Very convenient parking. Highly recommended.

From moment of arrival felt at home. So quiet. Just 2 minutes from High Street. Car park 5 minutes away, but able to drop luggage. A card was on the table for Husband's birthday and a welcoming package, milk, eggs and hot cross buns. Easy drives to Dunster, Watchet or Lynmouth. Plenty of walks to Porlock Marsh and the sea would definitely return to this little haven!

I stayed in Sally's lovely studio for 4 nights with my dog, and would definitely stay here again. It was extremely clean, very comfortable, everything worked well, and I felt safe. The delicious welcome goodies were a lovely surprise. The small courtyard garden is lovely, and you can see the historic church spire from there. I also had the pleasure of listening to the bell ringing practice one evening - there are 6 bells! There is no grass for the dog in the courtyard, but easy to find some nearby. Porlock is a fabulous base to explore the wonderful Exmoor, and in itself has some fascinating historic buildings, and enough shops, places to eat, and happy welcoming locals to make it all perfect.

Very peaceful setting friendly host and village. The accommodation is more spacious than the photos give it credit for. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for two adults and a small dog. Ideal base to explore the local area and for walking on the moor and along the coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return . Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable peaceful break.

I have stayed at Sally’s studio twice now, and it is simply the best. Location that is steps away from anything one could want, yet tucked away on a side street, so is very quiet. Public transport right around the corner. The space itself is perfectly stocked with what a weary traveler needs and the bed is so very comfortable. There is a sweet little garden for morning coffee or listening to the church bell ringers when they practice. I hope I never have to stay anyplace else in Porlock because it would not live up to this studio.
