I really liked Brett's place - my favorite Air bnb we've stayed at. The location was perfect - very close to get on the highway to explore the region and a short walk to downtown. We loved the deck/patio from soaking in the hot tub after a long day exploring to catching up on my reading in the patio chairs surrounded by the exposed rock and plants. Next time in Asheville, we'll stay here again. Thanks Brett!

We felt like staying at Brett’s cottage in The Trees was like being an invited guest. Everything was just exactly as described and a little extra. The place was a wonderful little get away location with all the amenities. The kitchen had all we needed and the little extra touches were lovely. Check-in & out couldn’t have been easier. Having everything on one level was super nice after a long day of walking. Downtown and the Biltmore were very convenient to the cottage. Bed was very comfy and the area is quiet for a good night’s sleep. Coffee in the morning on the private deck was delightful! Highly recommend! Hope we can stay again!!

Brett’s place was perfect for our short trip! We even said we wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean and cozy cottage with nice touches- kitchen amenities, bottle of wine upon arrival, towels for hot-tub, updated bathroom and kitchen. You can tell they thought of everything! In addition, the private hot-tub was clean and convenient. Location was great! Short drive from downtown or an easy 15 minute walk. Would 100% recommend to friends and will definitely book again next Asheville trip! Thanks Brett!

Great visit to Asheville and we were completely pleased with our stay at the Cottage! Brett is an excellent host, super responsive and friendly. The location is ideal for accessing downtown, but also is quiet and private. We would highly recommend this place!! Thanks Brett :).

Amazing Airbnb!!! We had a little getaway to Asheville for three nights and Brett's place was perfect. 1) the location was better than expected, a ten minute walk to all of the restaurants and breweries in the center of downtown. 2) Brett is extremely detail oriented and has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. He's a great communicator and always available 3) the cottage is adorable and immaculate. 4) the hot tub was wonderful for relaxing! Would definitely recommend booking :)
