I had a very lovely stay at Lilian’s home. Her space was always kept clean and tidy and the property itself is very beautiful. Lilian is an exceptional host and an even better cook. I enjoyed eating her delicious creations every evening, and she accommodated my dietary restrictions with ease which I appreciated! Erica and Lemac, her hard-working staff members, will do everything to make your stay more comfortable.

A nossa estádia foi razoável. O local é bonito de fato e limpo, isso é inquestionável. Os funcionários são simpáticos. Contudo houveram muitas decepções ao longo de nossa acomodação. O local fica próximo de uma rua bem localizada, mas para chegar na entrada você deve caminhar por algumas ruas de pouca iluminação o que dificulta sair para ir a restaurantes e outras atividades. Quando chegamos sentei na sala de estar, Lilian disse que nossa reserva não incluia a sala de estar e que não podíamos sentar lá, o que foi muito constrangedor. Não havia água no chuveiro, apenas algumas gotas, precisamos lavar o cabelo na pia. A cama de casal na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro unidas e quando íamos dormir havia um buraco nos separando (somos um casal que ficou 5 meses longe, estávamos com saudades de dormir abraçados e fiquei muito chateada de não poder fazer isso na viagem que planejei com tanto carinho). Não há WIFI. Pelas fotos achei que haveria um serviço de restaurante o que não ocorre.

Lilian‘s place is a true gem and exceeded our expactations by far! It was the absolut perfect location to take a relaxing break between our travel adventures and explore Moshi and its surroundings. The villa with its terrace & pool is just stunning and Lilian as well as the staff made us feel like home immediately (thanks for everything <3) We recommend 100% and hope to come back soon!

Because of an internship our 16 year old son and a friend stayed for two weeks at Lilian’s place. They enjoyed the spotless place with good beds, a swimming pool and really good food. The place is near the centre of Moshi with all kind of shops and eating. And Mount Kilimanjaro, Arusha of the falls are just a little drive away. So you can easily explore the beautiful surroundings. Above all they adored Lilian and her staff! They were kind, lovely and very thoughtful. We can recommend Lilian’s place for a more personal and private experience

Unfortunately the place didn’t match with the photos and our expectations. The swimming pool was dirty, you couldn’t swim in it. There was no WiFi. The bedsheets and the towels were not very clean. In addition the bed was not comfortable. The location was great and the staff Zacharia was quite welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. In the end, we would not return to this place again. 60 euros a night is not worth it.
