It is a smart fully renovated apartment located in a very central location inside the Walls of Lucca, within a 5 minutes walk away from both bus temrinal and Lucca Train Station. A cover paid parking is located a few steps from the apartament in about 5 mins walk away. The apartment is located in the medieval district: 150 metres away from Via Fillungo and 200 metres away from Guinigi Tower. Lovely Tuscan apt in the heart of the city center. The apartment has air conditioning and wi fi. The apartament consists of 1 big bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed and 1 bathroom, an open space with a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, one bathroom and a very modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine.

超出期待的房子！房东非常热情，带我们入住 参观 了解各种设施！房间卫生超级好，整个家装修很新很有品味。楼下还有很好吃的披萨店，可以takeaway，走路两分钟就有一个很好的water fountain可以接水。入住期间的所有问题房东也都尽力积极解决了。非常好的入住体验，希望还有机会可以再来。
From the moment I checked in I felt at home. In addition to great restaurant recommendations, Martina was great in giving me unusual info, like a hair dresser. She even booked my appointment. She reserved my taxi to the station when I left which was so helpful as it was raining. Anytime I’m back in Lucca I’ll stay with Martina.
The apartment is lovely, it has everything you need, was clean and comfortable. It is on a beautiful piazza and you have good options to eat a stone's throw away. Martina is really sweet, genuine, proactive and helpful. The only downside is that the windows look out onto a busy pizzeria which is quite noisy, which means that you can't sleep with the windows open and it did bother us during our stay.

We loved our stay at Martina's. Coordinating check-in was a bit tricky because we didn't have local cell service, but Martina was very patient with us and walked us through everything in the apartment to make sure we were comfortable. She even offered to bring us extra towels and gave great restaurant recommendations. The best part of the apartment was the location - on a piazza popular with the locals, with great restaurants and nightlife. We hope to go back soon!
