We enjoyed our stay at the Horizon Sky Residences, it was a big place with a great view from the living room. On the edge of the Golden Zone so about a 10 minute walk up to restaurants and clubs. Or catch a ride on the Malecon right outside the door. The beach access is easy and fairly quiet at this spot, however the Malecon is always busy late into the night so there is street noise. The host is in the building and on hand for any requests or questions so that is nice.

The host approved an early check in weeks before arrival, the host confirmed early check in the day of arrival. Two hours before check in, they said they could no longer do an early check in because the place was rented the night before..how did they not know that when they confirmed early check in 2 hours earlier? When we got in, the place was still dirty and someone's old dirty eyelashes were stuck to a statue on the counter. There was only one wine glass, 3 mugs (one of which was broken), and a couple cups in the whole apartment. We were given a couple rolls of toilet paper for a week long stay with 3 people - we ran out. No dishwasher detergent or laundry. Every room had empty airfreshners unplugged from the walls and left out. Empty hand soap in both bathrooms. Only one towel each, no hand towels. Overall the place was very ill equipped and for the price we paid, definitely not worth it and not deserving of a "super host" title. Disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay. The view of the Malecón is beautiful.
