Good location, surprisingly quiet at night. Bathrooms are very small, building is old and clean but a faint smell of old smoke lingers. Renovations were in progress for our visit.

The place was still under construction but he did give me warning of that beforehand and offered a full refund if I did not want to stay. The room was clean. The bathrooms are tiny but adequate and there was shampoo and body wash. A housekeeper knocked on the door to talk to me once but she did not speak English and the translation was very confusing I had no idea what was going on. The street was well located although there are a lot of homeless on that street, we saw like 2 people OD, if that's something you're concerned about I would go closer into the city.

Good option if you’re on a budget. Room was as shown in the pictures. Bathroom is shared but there was never a wait. Bit noisy at night from the street. Had an issue with cold air coming in through a draft but host promptly fixed the window within an hour. Overall host was very quick to respond so that made the stay easier.
