Very terrible and bad experience stayed at this condo. The whole unit cleanliness and floor very sticky, a lot dusty all the place,a lot of equipments are broken and not in good condition (toilet door, toilet bowl, water spray, cupboard.....and so on), whole unit Smell bad like very long time no people stay there, hair dryer only the box, very hot on the first listing which has no fan and air con spoiled, whole unit founded a lot of cockroaches (run here and there, make my daughter scared and keep crying). beside that, the neighborhood are noisy and smoking outside the unit. With these 3 days stayed, really feel bad not worth it. My wife and my son having running nose as the whole house very very dirty. From parking to take lift, the facilities also look super old and dirty, like never did maintenance!! As conclude, it is really a horrible stay and highly not recommended to all 😤

Staying just a place to sleep is reasonable. Door knob is broken . Tv table drawer door broken. One of light switch faulty not repaired .

Place is located in perfect location. Unit a bit run down. Some lights not working, ceiling with unpainted works. Bed with bad odour. It is value for working trip but not for family.

The location is good & convenient. Just opposite Setia City Mall. Two bedrooms with individual bathroom is a credit. It would be better if few things can be improved for better stay:- 1) Bed at master bedroom not in good condition and need to be replaced. 2) To have more cups as only 2 units provided 3) To have cloth hanger at bathroom
