We stayed in Jane's place as a base for attending a wedding locally, it was really convenient and we also had a lovely walk down the river to kirtkstall abbey on a sunny morning. Jane was really helpful and responded quickly to my queries before we arrived. Her directions and instructions were clear and it was easy to find and access the house. The house itself was lovely; spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the artwork with some local landmarks. The bedrooms were comfy and the kitchen was really well equipped which we appreciated as we like to cook! Would reccomend as a base for exploring Leeds, thanks!

Jane’s place was in a lovely quiet location. It was spotless, comfortable and contained everything we needed. Communication with Jane was great. She allowed us to check in early and check-out late which allowed us to extend the weekend, and she provided helpful suggestions regarding food options and places to visit on request.
