Thank you so much Haris for being the most perfect host. Your Villa was just what we were looking for for our holiday. So peaceful, calm and welcoming. Within walking distance from the supermarket and places to eat and is the perfect location of you do not have a car. You truly were very hospitable Haris and very much appreciated.

Villa Petra was by far the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in, it’s even better in person than in the pictures. I would go to Kefalonia simply to stay in this villa. Not only is it beautiful, it’s meticulously clean and has wonderful indoor and outdoor space, not to mention the pool is fabulous! It’s fairly close to a lot of beaches, bakeries and restaurants, but you will want to have a car as the roads are narrow and quite hilly. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and fun to explore, from the cool town square in Argostoli for dinner, to Myrtos beach (stop at Alexandros for an amazing late lunch) and Fiskardo. I can’t say enough about Haris, he was so accommodating and thoughtful, when our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight, he had gone to the store to grab some essentials for us…water, bread, cheese, butter, jam and a bottle of wine! He also was helpful with recommendations on dining and activities. We stayed here for a week, and were sad to leave! I highly recommend!

Haris' place was gorgeous - right between the mountains and the sea, and felt tucked away and private. Spotless and well designed inside and outside, with lots of little spots to sit in the shade or the sun. Haris was super communicative, really proactive finding out our flight details and meeting us at the place, helping to arrange car hire and answering any questions very promptly. Would definitely recommend.

We visited in late spring and loved our stay in both Kefalonia and at the apartment. Really peaceful and private with a stunning beach in walking distance. Haris provided great recommendations. Our favourite was Il Borgo restaurant near the castle. You’ll need a car but zipping around the island is great fun. You can even make it to Fiskardo in just over 1 hour. Not many restaurants open in late April (everything opens in May) but we had beaches and the roads to ourselves and the wild flowers were incredible. Haris was an amazing host, we had loads of space and the morning chorus of birds and views over the sea were just perfect. Haris even did some shopping for us as our flight was getting in late.
