The island of Sant'Antioco is a pearl of the Mediterranean: in the south-western part of Sardinia, it is surrounded by a crystalline and uncontaminated sea, but at the same time it is an island-non-island, is connected to Sardinia by a bridge. We are in the southern part of the island, beyond Africa, on the road that leads to the Capo Sperone traffic light, one of the most loved places on the island, for its ruins, and above all for the fantastic panorama that extends to the south, from Capo Teulada, over the entire Gulf of Palmas: the view extends as far as the island of San Pietro. A fascinating and romantic place. But our location is special because, being in the center of the best beaches, it allows you to choose the right one, depending on the prevailing wind, with a much shorter route than staying in the village. From here you can take beautiful walks, and the climate is livable for six months of the year. Swimming in the sea can be done from May to October. And in the cooler months, you can practice practically any sport. From the island of Sant'Antioco, precisely from Calasetta, the ferry leaves to reach the island of San Pietro, with the town of Carloforte, with Genoese origins. Having a week at your disposal, with just over half an hour's drive, you can visit other fantastic places (the beaches of Is Arenas Biancas, Tuerredda, Cala Domestica, just to give a few examples), mines and splendid caves.
Our neighborhood is simply nature, uncontaminated, authentic, and partly still wild. We are within a protected area and the crystal clear sea is further testimony to the authenticity of these places.

You can arrive in Sardinia by sea, at the ports of Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Porto Torres, and Cagliari: by booking in advance you can get excellent rates. Cagliari Airport has the cheapest flight fares by far: just do some research and book in advance. There are comparison sites to help you, and we recommend booking the car together with the flight, so you will get the best rates. Oops, your luggage must be light for low-cost flights… but that's not a problem, because here you will find everything you need. Beach towels, shower robes, all the sheets, pillows, and towels you need, including kitchen linen (some tents also have a kitchenette) and tablecloths for your outside table on your beautiful terrace equipped with chairs, deckchairs, hammock, everything that can make your stay comfortable. To cross Sardinia there are easy toll-free highways. The island of Sant'Antioco is connected to Sardinia by a bridge, so it is not necessary to take an additional ferry to get there.
We are in the middle of nature, and the island of Sant'Antioco does not offer many means of public transport. Staying with us therefore means having a car to be able to move around easily, do your shopping in one of the supermarkets in the town of Sant'Antioco, and enjoy the best that the island can offer. Our location is closer to the beaches than to the town and is equidistant from the towns of Sant'Antioco and Calasetta, about 13 km (with supermarkets, petrol stations, banks, pharmacies, tourist port, as well as shops, clubs, and restaurants, etc.). From where we are, the closest beaches can be reached by bicycle. We provide a paid shuttle service to the recommended beach of the day, but being independent is advisable, to be able to move around, thus enjoying evening entertainment, shows, dinners, and visits to monuments and attractions.
