Beaucoup de BRUIT!!!! À l'intérieur on entend toutes les discussuons des chambres à côté. Sans bouchons dans les oreilles, IMPOSSIBLE. Les va et vient sont comme DANS la chambre. Le bruit des toilettes est comme dans la chambre. Les bruits à l'extérieur sont comme dans la chambre. Une HORREUR!!!

The location is amazing and Ala-Eddine was responsive within a couple hour. Clear instructions. The room itself was clean. Some things to consider with this space: The space did not have a work table as listed but only had a small side table that was lower than the chair. I’d asked for a taller one the evening I checked in and was promised one the next morning but this table never appeared. The bathrooms never had any hand soap the three days that I stayed there so come prepared. The showers also were in need of a deep clean and seemed to have the beginnings of mold growing on the wall.

This is a nice place overall. Ala has an automated system and will give you clear instructions to check in and out easily. The place is safeish and is okay for the short term. The place is literally next to the metro station and it will allow you to move around the city very easily. Unfortunately, because of the same reason, the neighborhood and the building itself are very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs to block out the noise. The rooms are great, but washrooms are not. Just don't set expectations for the shower and bring a pair of sandals to avoid walking barefoot. Depending on your travel style, I think this is a very reasonable and affordableish option.
