We stayed over for a Hen do, the accommodation was as described and plenty of room for 13 people. It was bigger than expected and clear communication from host with a welcome email providing lots of helpful information.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay and a better host. So accommodating when sorting out earlier check in (despite me asking the day of the booking), very quick at answering messages, and the place was lovely! Thank you xx

Dan was a very good host and responsive. He messaged us to ask how we were getting on and when we explained our grievances he sent us the code for the property next door so we were not all squashed in the one property. This property is described as accommodating 14 people which included a very uncomfortable bed sofa bed. We all felt this property was too small for 14. The bedrooms were extremely small with nowhere to hang your clothes, there were no mirrors in the bedrooms for when you were getting ready to go out and the mirrors that were in the property were very high. The twin rooms were so small with no room between the beds it was difficult to get in and out of bed. There was no shelving in the bathrooms to put your toiletries. We would describe this property as hostel like and would be fine for a bunch of men but not women. On the positive side the kitchen and living area were fine. This was one of the reasons we booked this property. Would say this property is overpriced.
