We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect! Terri was an excellent host and everything was easy to access and exactly like the photos! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
Just stayed for a long weekend and must say this place is very clean!!! we’ve stayed at many places and are extremely picky! The location is fantastic and walkable to restaurants aquarium in Beach. parking in the garage was very convenient & secure. The view from the back patio and third floor rooftop is really fantastic, however there is construction directly behind townhome that will block view within a few months, which is really unfortunate. Instructions for checking are extremely clear. The email does say the kitchen does not have any spices, oil, condiments. There were no condiments, which is fine (yuck) but there was salt and pepper, spray oil and an entire kitchen filled with extremely clean pots pans bakeware utensils!!! Everything you could need and spotless!! Email also said coffee provided for first day, but there was more than that. Townhouse was plentiful with extra towels, Kleenex, paper towels. Better than most places we have stayed. Great job Terri & cleaners!
Beautiful property-great location!
I thought it was a great stay. A lot of the details (appliances, features, furniture) are surprisingly high quality even for a quality rental like this one. While not useful for us the central vaccuum system was interesting to see, everything worked really well, the light switch command center in the master bedroom closet was interesting! The construction next door looks like it's almost ready for framing the first and second stories so there's still a lot of construction to go but it was quiet during our stay and really only an issue on weekdays. The rooftop patio is a great view. Overall we were really pleased!
