Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber! Er war sehr Freundlich im Umgang mit uns und unserem Kind! Die Unterkunft hat einen absolut fantastischen Blick von einer großen Terrasse aufs Meer - einfach toll. Wir haben uns in der Villa Rita sehr wohl gefühlt.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed! It’s the combination of interiors, terrace, garden and view. I felt like I was in a movie. Carol’s is a exceptional host, communication was great and he offers his help anytime. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was the driveway to the house. Our rental car is an Audi and we had to be very careful coming down the narrow street. I honestly think this is a very special place and I am hoping to come back some time.

My husband & I stayed at Villa Rita for 4 nights and we had a lovely time. Terracina was very cute & we found all the things we needed down there in the little city. The beach was awesome ! Was super easy and cheap to get to from Rome! The house itself is a peaceful retreat. We got tons of groceries to bring up with us and grilled on the terrace for nearly every meal. We lounged outside in the sun and it was private and relaxing. The shower is very clean and the air con is great ! We don’t drive so we were worried about the house being too remote, but actually there was no problem at all ! Carlo arranged a taxi driver to pick us up from the main train station & Carlo made sure we made it to our train to depart back to Rome. Mikale & I walked down and up the mountain a few times and it was not bad at all ! The walk could be tough to do with heavy luggage or groceries, but just coming back up from dinner or the beach was not challenging for us & was good exercise and a great view :)

Carlo ist ein super Gastgeber, er reagiert sofort , ist sehr spontan und überaus freundlich. Das Haus mit der wundervollen Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die von Carlo beschriebene schwierige Anfahrt ernst nehmen, mit einem Kleinwagen fährt man leichter zum Haus. Wir sind zwar mit einem Fordbus gefahren, aber das ist nicht jedem Fahrer zu empfehlen. Leider hat man in der Wohnung schlechten Internetempfang, sollte man wissen falls das ein wichtiger Faktor ist.
