The house was as advertised. Travis’s directions to property were excellent. He checked in to make sure we had the directions. He was responsive to text and willing to stop by to deal with a problem.

beautiful home, little difficult to get to with the rough road, but great location near the many glacier area of Glacier national park. Great Lake, amazing stars, just lovely location.

Had a great stay at RFR! Place was basically exactly as described so no surprises. Super cute reclaimed wood walls and ceiling in the living room and the main bedroom door was super unique! Felt very cabin like. Hot shower with good water pressure was very appreciated after long days of hiking in Glacier! Great location for access to the St. Mary and Many Glacier entrances. Took us about 25-30 minutes to get to either one, driving at about 5am to beat pass requirements. Kitchen has everything you need and we cooked meals there every night. We got groceries in Kalispell before driving over! There isn’t central air, but there is a stand alone air conditioning unit in the living room. We got hit the first night so the rest we turned it on at night and put one of the box fans in the kitchen to blow the cold air back on us and that worked well. The road is rough as others have said, we had a keep and had no issues. Overall a great stay!

Amazing location, nice house with perfect views. When it gets cold out it’s chilly in the house however. The grill cooks hot and hard and it’s nice and big. I like this house on duck lake. Travis is a nice guy too, this was my second time staying. First time I arrived at night and he guided me by car to the house because not much service around duck lake. This time I was a bit late checking out and when he saw me taking the trash out he said I’ll do it! I look forward to staying again.

we had a fantastic time/stay at Red Fox Retreat!! we were a family of 4 adults and spent every day in Glacier. we returned to this great cabin to cook dinner, relax, and star gaze. You can walk around the lake, and the sunsets over the mtns are amazing! We didn't go in the water...but you can!! We enjoyed being able to cook in the cabin...eat breakfast and pack lunches for our long days in the park( which were amazing). We were happy to have been able to borrow the bear spray in the house, but not have to use it in the park. lol. The cabin was the perfect distance from the park. We hiked in Many and off Going to the Sun rd. We also went to Waterton Canada one day. We stocked up on groceries when we got to MT at the Walmart in great falls. Browning has an IGA.There are a lot of spices and salt and pepper at the cabin. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. There are games and tables to play them on. If you are looking for a guide or adventure.. guess what...Travis does that too!
