The place definitely needs updating and a better cleaning. The bathrooms had hair in the shower and behind the bathroom door and around the toilet upon arrival. One of the beds had hair in the sheets upon arrival.

Beware of bedbugs! Ask for guarantee that this issue has been taken care of. I was disappointed at the slow/no response requiring another call to Vacasa a day later. I was reimbursed for the unused part of my stay, but not yet for the items I threw away or left behind. Very, very disappointing, as I had to use a day to wash all of my clothing, threw away shoes, suitcases, books, purse, backpack, etc. The laundry room is not in the unit. "Partial ocean view" is misleading, as a huge tree next to the balcony blocks the view. It is apparent that this entire property is still recovering from hurricane damage. The beach is pristine. The fitness center and indoor heated pool are in another building, they are very nice. There were no instructions that I could find of how to access the pool and fitness area. The condo needs new area rugs and flooring in general. Coffee maker still had coffee in it, and some of the dishes in the cabinet were not clean.

We had a good time but the apartment is really run down kinda, It definitely needs some work! Location is great! Super close to the beach and the indoor pool was good too.

The place was dusty and the dishes was oily and sticky had to clean myself, there is no hot water messaged people several times as they did respond they clearly didnt read what I was saying and kept saying they would just tell them but nothing ever got fixed. I paid almost 1400 for this and even though its a great place and close to the beach that beat all of the other things that I had to deal with. May not be much to some but when you pay that much things should be clean and up to par.
