We had a great stay in this cozy place. It was very easy to get in and out. We were in town for a swim meet and only 5 minutes from the pool. beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and explained everything perfectly! Even had bottled water, wine and fruit waiting for us when we checked in. We would stay there again.

So glad I found this place! We were in town for a 3 day swimming competition and it was so nice to have space to spread out and a kitchen to accommodate my athletes’ needs. It is an older building in a busy area so sound machines were a must. The stairs were a little tough while carrying things in and out but nothing we couldn’t manage. The personal touches made us feel right at home. They left a lovely note wishing us good luck at the competition, juices for the kids, and a great bottle of wine for mom. One son claimed all the pillow mints (york peppermint patties, of course) and the other was delighted to find a dish of hershey kisses. I’m already thinking about next year’s competition and will likely book again when I find out the schedule :-)

Host was beyond communicative and responsive. You could tell it was a priority that guests felt accommodated. Apartment was spacious and clean. Loved having our own parking spot. It is worth mentioning this unit is up a long flight of wooden stairs - just something to be aware of, especially with young children. Location was nice because we could easily walk to the main street for food and coffee. We even walked to a nearby park for our 3 year old. Highly recommend staying at this spot in York!

We really enjoyed our stay and made our weekend trip that much better. The apartment was well kept, clean, and we felt right at home. Not to mention that the venue we were going to was only a fifteen minute walk down the street. I would happily book at this location again in the future.
