This was the second year our group has stayed here. It fit all our needs and more! We had meals catered in this time so we could enjoy sitting by the pool after walking all day in Round Top. Beautiful sunset view! We will be back same time next year!

We had a fabulous time and our only regret was not being able to stay longer! The setting is so peaceful and the home has wonderful ranch vibes. It’s clean and functional and we had such a nice time hanging out by the bar/fireplace lounge area in the evening!

Awesome 🤩 home! It felt like I was at home. The location was warm and welcoming. Our womens ministry group, FILAS WOMEN (FELLOWSHIP IN LOVE AND SINCERITY) had an amazing time. We were able to down time in reflection and cook amazing meals for everyone together. We love 💕 the patio area and pool. Jonni went the extra mile in filling our needs for space for our group. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back!!!!!

We loved the pool & slide. Water was cool & refreshing even though 100 + degrees outside. Plenty to do for kids. We brought bikes & electric riding toys. The kids loved the shady yard. Fun to be on a farm with chickens & cows & hay bales. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Lots of towels for showers & pool. Lots of floats too! Great vacay stay for large family.

We have now stayed here 3 times and every time it gets better. Incredible memories and not a single complaint or critique. It’s perfect for all ages and the layout is accommodating for everyone. Jonni is on top of it if you need anything and makes you feel at home. We are already planning our next trip.
