The home is very beautiful and well decorated. It’s peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay. This is the type of place you book to enjoy a nice relaxing time out in the countryside. Because there were only two of us, we did only have access to one bedroom and not the entire home, so be sure you read the descriptions. Pat has added lots of details so it’s good to read it all thoroughly. Also be aware the pool isn’t necessarily “private” as there may be other families staying in the duplex that shares a wall. None of this would stop me from staying again, it was wonderful and serene and Pat was really nice. I really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the easy communication and check in.

We had a wonderful visit to Yakima's Wine country using this house as our base. Pat and Fred are the friendliest hosts I've ever experienced at an Airbnb. They genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay and made fabulous recommendations. Their long history in the area clearly pays off. The Pool House (a short, easy walk, located behind the main house) is an inviting location for dips between snacks and naps on the lounging chairs. Each room is carefully designed with antiques and details. The bathroom is bright, with a claw foot tub. This is a "double house" - designed originally to be like a duplex. There was more than enough space in our half for 4 adults. We slept well on comfortable beds, and the AC ensured the temp was constant on both floors. Be sure to ask Pat to open the Antique store for you to wander!

SUCH a charming home! Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Lovely setting among orchards, and some of the biggest blackberries I've ever seen. Pat was so kind from the moment she introduced herself to the moment I had to leave. Being able to enjoy the beautiful garden and pool next door were wonderful bonuses.
