We had a great stay in Ma'am Elda's place. We were comfortable and Ma'am Elda was also very responsive and accommodating. The location is great as it is just a wlking distance to our testing center. It has a grocery store, laundry shop, restaurant and bank in the first floor of the building. Although there's always a line when you go up to the unit but it is tolerable because you don't have to wait that long. The place was clean. Everything we needed was provided for and the freebies were a plus. Kitchen and dining utensils are provided. There is a rice cooker, induction stove, multipurpose heater and refrigerator. We had enough storage for our clothes since the place has a cabinet and pull out drawers underneath the double deck bed. The shower also has a heater so you wouldn't have to worry about the cold when you take a shower. Though the netflix was not working when we stayed, it was fine as we utilized the TV for watching video lectures for our board review and for watching news for COVID-19 updates. The LED bluetooth light was also a plus where we can connect our phone and listen to music while we dine. Overall, it was a great stay. We will definitely book again.

Very accessible if you wanted to have your low budget shopping as it is walking distance to divisoria. The host is very accommodating.

Very clean, lower floor which was nice elevator is slow. Great host easy check in, check out. Will stay again.
