도후쿠대학에 출장일정으로 머물게되었습니다. 3월 초 였는데, 일본집이 겨울에 춥다는걸 들어서 핫팩을 챙겨가긴 했지만 복도는 난방이 어려워서 많이 추운날은 추울것같습니다. 방엔 히터가 있고 잠금장치가 있습니다. 집근처에 큰 마트가 늦게까지 열어 편리합니다.

Kazunori es un excelente anfitrión. Cuidado con la calefacción, utiliza la aspiradora, cada uno debe limpiar su espacio. Excelente ubicación, cerca de Miyagi COOP, la pasé muy bien 🙂👌

Kazunori-san was waiting for me outside upon checkin, which was very nice. He complimented me on my Japanese and offered a few pointers, and then explained the facility in great detail, in both English and Japanese. The room in which I stayed was very spacious, as was the shared space. The shower had a grate that very effectively caught my hair, (always a worry). Down the hill a few paces there's a coop, and up the hill 10 minutes on foot there's a family mart and the undertrain station - highly convenient. The bus confused me as a foolish Englishman, so if you're not feeling adventurous off the plane at Sendai, I think I'd advise the train all the way to Sendai city centre, then the undertrain to Yagiyama Zoo. Sendai is unmissable, and Yagiyama Zoo is the end of the line, all simple. I would also recommend お好み焼きほっとするー not too far away. Up the hill, turn left, then go all the way down the hill, turn left and cross over when you see the small 7-11. Nice walk in the forest, too.

It was a nice place to stay, good convenience about using facilities, including wi-fi. There was not enough chance to meet Kazu san, but I'm sure he is kindly to everyone. Thank you, Kazu san

Kazu San was an amazing host. He came to get me at the station when I told him that I injured my knee. He wanted to get to know why I was in Japan and we shared a few moments talking about our life. He invited me to eat in a restaurant too, which was sooo nice of him. the place in itself is really peaceful. really like the view from the living room. there is a supermarket and a bus stop 3 minutes away by foot, and the subway is a 15 minutes walk so it's perfect. I highly recommend this place 😊
