This is our 4th time staying at Monica’s listing and as ALWAYS we enjoyed our stay. She is always so nice, and responsive to anything that we may need. Our kids love being in the space and so does our PUP. Great place all around!

Perfect location! Lovely neighborhood especially to walk your dog or jog. Within walking distance of the “downtown shops and restaurants. Traveling w a four legged companion?… Aron’s place has you covered. It’s perfect. Fenced in patio and grass area for my dog to enjoy every afternoon. My lovely host Monica made us feel like family ! 5 stars.

Right when we walked in, we felt the cute, comfy, cozy of Monica's apartment. We kept walking and found the apartment to be very spacious with several sitting nooks. She offered a wide variety of healthy snacks and had several earth-friendly supplies in the bathroom. She had coupons and brochures galore for local sites to visit. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our dog and Monica even supplied bowls, treats, etc. for the dog. She even had plenty of hobbies, games and a large screen TV for those quiet times of the day. We were only there two nights, and it was a warm and inviting place to be.

Our second time staying here, and it’s safe to say that Monica’s spot will be our permanent spot when we come down to see our family. She is always a gracious host and always responsive in a quick manner. Love this place! Love how close it is to downtown Culpeper! Great spot!
