Davide was a great host and catered to our needs, including allowing us to leave bags during the day once we’d checked out. The apartment is fantastic, really high quality and clean in a great location. Thank you!

We had a great 3-day stay at this Airbnb. Location is very central, you can walk everywhere within 15 minutes. The „downside“ of such a prominent location is the slightly noisy street in front of the building but we didn’t mind. The apartment itself is very well equipped and clean. Davide is a great host and very responsive. I would recommend being a little bit more flexible with regards to the check-out. The checkout time is 10 am (which I find very early) and the cleaning lady literally came into the apartment at 10:02 am. Maybe shifting the checkout time to 11 am and allowing for a check-in at 2 pm instead would make things a little less stressful for guests departing ;)

The apartment was everything we needed . Kitchen was well equipped, bed was extremely comfortable and nice warm showers. Added bonus was the washing machine and clothes airer. Very tastefully decorated throughout.

With Davide’s apartment you get the total package! Davide and Elena are so responsive, you immediately feel welcome and comfortable. It’s obvious that their goal is to make your stay the best it could possibly be. All the treasures of this city and area are at your fingertips. These are all the reasons why we continue to return to Bologna and always stay in one of Davide’s apartments.
