The place was beautiful right off the lake. Nicole was very friendly and responded right away with any questions. The home felt very welcoming. Would stay again if back in Granbury,TX!!!!

Very good host, mostly very responsive, very easy to work with. Everything was smooth and easy. The spot is a little out from Granbury's main attractions (about 15-20 minute drive), but overall easy to get around. Zero complaints!

There is a guard shack at the entrance of the subdivision. Nicole did not give them our names- even though we turned them in 24+ hours ahead of time. The guard let us in the neighborhood but we could not leave- It took almost an hour for Nicole to reply to texts and voicemails and put us on the list. Despite the tightly controlled entrance/exit. It was a typical LARGE lake side community with low end properties mixed in. Pictures and detailed instructions- neighbors, guard shack, trash- led us to believe it was more private and exclusive.Not at all Views from the backyard were beautiful and the tree is fantastic!!! Smaller space than expected.Furnishings were worn- rug was torn, couch has a rip in it. Stains in chairs. Spiderwebs and dirtdobbers all over the outside of the house. Evident the hosts had not been to the property in quite some time. Every area needed attention. Notified Nicole with pictures. Thank you for letting us know was the response. Expected more- especially for $$$$

Sadly extremely dissatisfied with this place. my friends and I wanted a calm relaxed weekend but after driving 8 hrs my friend had to wait for 40 minutes to pass through a fence that we were told of the day of the trip. even though I had given the names of everyone driving they still kept asking my friend for the owner's last name which wasn't provided when I tried to message the host and express my concern and said I was unsatisfied so far, mostly frustrated the host's response was "Feel free to leave" in a rude tone, it was almost midnight we had been driving for 8 hrs. All my friends worked the night shift so they were drained. the house also had spiderwebs everywhere and the rooms were dusty. the blankest had big stains on them similar to urine stains, the neighbors were loud, especially in the early hours of the day. I stayed in Airbnb before and never had such a bad experience like this.

Your home was beautiful. I'm favorite part was the dock on the lake at night.
