Pictures don’t do it justice! The space was better than expected. The peacefulness of the water view and THE TREES! I really cannot say enough. Will definitely go back.

Loved staying at the Boathouse. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We loved watching the ships coming into the Harbor. Very close to Patriot Point to see the USS Yorktown and close to the water taxi to Charleston. Matthew is a great host and very friendly.

When you were a kid did you ever dream of staying in the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse? - here is your chance. The boathouse description matches the description and pictures ;better than pictures. Everything was very clean. Everything you need for a relaxing stay (need great books- done yoga mats- done coffeemaker and coffee- done) Matthew was extremely prompt and helpful to texts that I sent. My best friend and I came in for the Cooper Bridge Run where 32,000 runners bombarded Charleston. We walked to the starting line and then had such a peaceful place to return to watch the tide coming in while having a nightcap. I cannot wait to book here again!
