This is a very nice house to stay. It was very joyful to stay with Martin, even though we were busy with some personal works and we didn’t have too many chance to communicate. Honestly, he is a very kind host😊

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable chez Martin. Sa maison est spacieuse et dotée d'un jardin bien agréable pour les chaudes journées. Martin est un hôte très sympathique et nous avons eu des discussions intéressantes. Le centre ville de Palaiseau et ses nombreuses boutiques sont à deux pas de la maison ainsi qu'une station de RER et de nombreuses lignes de bus. Je recommande cet hébergement Airbnb.

Amazing place! Amazing kitchen! Martin was extremely kind and helped pick me up from the train station and gave me tips and suggestions on how to travel and enjoy Paris! His help made my stay much more enjoyable. The house is very clean and comfortable. The cat is adorable. If you don’t mind commuting for Paris, or if you just want a relaxing stay, this is great!

Martin's house has a surprisingly good price-value relationship. His place was listed as one of the cheapest in town at the time when I rented it, and still the house is very well located in Palaiseau town (5 minutes away from the RER B train station that takes you straight to Paris), has an amazing kitchen, access to a laundry machine, a cute little cat, tons of interesting books all around the house (and in different languages), ... Most importantly, however, is Martin's hospitality to make one really feel like home. As an example of this, I rented a bedroom at Martin's place within 2 or 3 days' notice, and even though he wasn't home at the time he managed to set everything properly for my arrival. Briefly put, I'd advise anyone looking for a short term bedroom at a stylish house in the southern suburbs of Paris to go to Martin's.
