Casa Cabrita is a beautifully renovated townhouse in the heart of Sagres providing 140sqm of tranquillity and comfort for relaxing holidays. It’s well located in a calm residential area just a short distance of 1km from the marvellous beaches which will make you fall in love, as well as offering good access to the town centre and supermarkets. This property provides all the necessary equipment for the day-to-day of your holidays: HDTV(Cable), WiFi, DVD, Work desk, Equipped Kitchen: Coffee Machine, Dish and Laundry Washing Machines, Microwave, Fridge with Freezer and Kitchen Utensils. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and verandas with great solar exposure. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with access to cosy wind protected patio, where you can sunbath or read relaxed in the shade. You can also count with a private parking place. If needed, we are happy, to provide a baby highchair and or a trip-trap chair for bigger children. A baby cot plus bedding and a diaper-changing pad can be placed with a previous notice free of charge. The residence is located in a calm neighbourhood while being close to everything. The beach is 1,3km away and the centre with all its amenities you will reach after only 900m. -----Answers to some frequently asked questions----- The price you are going to pay is the one shown on AirBnB when you make your request! There will be no surprises: • The security deposit is done through AirBnB, there will be no cash exchange between us. • All the sheets are included, as well as the towels: there are no extra fees. • The number of guests doesn't affect the price: you can be from 1 to 4 guests. • WiFi is included and it is a “real” WiFi (it is not a hot-spot) • Parking is super easy, in front of the house is a private parking place and there will never be any problems to park your car.
